Bobby Rich, Managing Partner of Jahnrich Commercial Real Estate, has a 20 year track record of being recognized as one of the top commercial real estate investment advisors in the Sacramento region. Throughout his career, Bobby’s attention has always been focused exclusively on investment sales and development site selection throughout Northern California. He is known for his attention to detail, a proactive business approach and outside the box deal making skills.
Taking a particularly unique approach to the business, Bobby also has a keen interest in the building industry and construction. In addition to being a licensed commercial real estate broker, Bobby is proud to be a licensed general contractor in the state of California. With his general contractors license he stays up to date on building trends, energy efficiency models, new material releases as well as all building related information, which is constantly changing. Having expert knowledge in these two areas of the industry have proven to give him the upper hand when analyzing commercial investments.
Bobby grew up in South Sacramento, went to college at Sacramento State and currently lives in the Sierra Oaks neighborhood with his wife and two children, Jack and Madeline.

Josh Chiechi, Investment sales advisor with Jahnrich Commercial Real Estate joined the firm in January of 2023. As a Sacramento native, Josh grew up surrounded by family members in the commercial real estate industry and as a result his interest in the field was piqued at an early age. His deep appreciation for the industry is also based on Sacramento’s unique character and vibrant community and how it relates to commercial real estate. He’s watched the development growth Sacramento’s experienced over the past 20 years and all of the great things those developments have done for the City.
As a commercial real estate professional, Josh takes great pride in staying up-to-date with the latest sales trends, market information and development activity. He is always looking for new and innovative ways to help investors navigate through the complexities of the industry. His passionate approach can clearly be seen as he helps investors achieve their investment goals.

Chris Du Pont has been a licensed commercial real estate agent since 2003, and started his career with a national investment sales firm. He has also managed a mortgage bank and been the in-house commercial lending representative for a national investment sales firm. Prior to joining Jahnrich, he was with a boutique investment & REIT firm based in southern California. His experience in both investment sales and finance, provides him a multifaceted approach to the business.
Chris graduated from UC Santa Barbara. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Nicole, and two daughters, Charlotte & Winnie. When he is not spending time with his family, he is obsessed with NFL football, enjoys golf, and you will find him in the gym every morning.
